PEACE OF MIND VIRTUAL YOGA STUDIO IS OPEN!
It’s LAUNCH DAY! The Peace of Mind Yoga Studio is officially open for business. Being able to teach more yoga classes and expand my offering has been a dream of mine for a while. Of course, in my dream, my studio would be a cute little cottage set in the mountains with nothing but natural light shining in. Aaaahhhh. Until I make it there though, I am happy to virtually share the benefits of yoga with others.
Even with virtual yoga practices, you will still gain the benefits of yoga, which include, but are not limited to….
- Reduce symptoms of stress, depression and anxiety
- Promote better sleep quality
- Increase in strength and flexibility
- Encourages mindfulness, bringing awareness to the present moment
You do not need to be flexible or in shape to do yoga. You will be surprised after a good Vinyasa or Slow Flow class the muscle fatigue you will feel. Although your muscles do get stretched during yoga, you will gain so much more from a class than just a "good stretch".
