Summer Fruit Salsa
- 2 Peaches, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Strawberries, chopped
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 Lime, jucied
- Handful of Mint or Basil, roughly chopped
- Peel and chop Peaches, chop Strawberries, chop Mint or Basil.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Cover and refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Serve with cinnamon pita chips, over yogurt or over ice cream.
