Summer Fruit Salsa


  • 2 Peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 Lime, jucied
  • Handful of Mint or Basil, roughly chopped


  1. Peel and chop Peaches, chop Strawberries, chop Mint or Basil.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Cover and refrigerator until ready to serve.
  4. Serve with cinnamon pita chips, over yogurt or over ice cream.
